I’m having trouble adding new items to the database,posts, pages, users

I’ve run into a bit of an issue with my WordPress site

I can’t seem to add any new posts or pages, and I’m hitting a roadblock when trying to create new users or add comments. Even adding stuff to the menu is a no-go.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

• Turning off all plugins and going back to the default WordPress theme.
• But, no luck. It looks like there might be a hiccup in the database.

This is pretty important for me to sort out, so any help you can offer would be awesome.
