I’m trying to create these two effects in an image/video Carousel. (1) Autoplay video in first card and (2) View portion of the next card so the user knows to swipe.

I’m trying to create a carousel with two effects:

The first card should auto play a very short, low quality video. Are you aware of a carousel plugin that would do this?

Would it be an issue to host this extremely low quality video on my own site?

Would it be better to use a Gif or an mp4?

I would like the carousel to show only a portion of the next image. Are you aware of a plugin that would make this possible?
