im wondering how to add this sort of menu to my wordpress website

i better explain it with pictures.

for example this is my website with pages A B and C in the menu [https://i.imgur.com/4888EVu.png]) and what we’re looking at is the home page.

i want to be able to have another menu appear (like show in this picture [https://i.imgur.com/OmzagR3.png]) Menu E F G) when i access a spicific page (in this example the page is A)

is this possible on wordpress?
