Hi @rijasben,

Thank you for your message.

Please tell me why you use Pass Thru mode in the plugin? Please set the default mode via .htaccess in the Advanced Settings tab in the plugin settings.

Best,
Mateusz

@rijasben When you deactivate our plugin, does the problem disappear?

@mateuszgbiorczyk even after deactivating the plugin issue still there. But the image was working before installing the plugin

@rijasben When the plugin is deactivated, the rules from the .htaccess file are removed. There is no way for the plugin to affect your website in any way. Our plugin does not modify your images in any way. The source of the problem must be different.

Hi @mateuszgbiorczyk ,

After deleting the plugin and reverted the bitnami vhosts setting the image are now loading. I don’t know what exactly happened. But the issue only resolved after vhosts are reverted to “AllowOverride None”

@rijasben I understand. This means that the problem is caused by some rules in the .htaccess file on your website. When this file is loaded it causes problems with loading images.

We will setup a staging server and test it out to find a solution. Thank you for your quick response really appreciate it.
