Im trying to make a grid of little album reviews, but when I add an image it doubles it. I only uploaded the image once but when i try and delete the duplicate is deletes both. I attached a photo reference and a photo of the list view too. Can someone please help???

Attachment missing. Can you link to your site? Are there actually 2 of the same images in your media library?
