Fantastic! But the developer cannot and must not support you here as you are a customer. That’s not permitted for anyone. If they did, they would risk getting into real trouble here.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Huh. The page for the plugin on the author’s site is shocking lacking in any contact or support links.
@ferranfg That is something you should fix. Do not support paid users on this site. That could result in your plugin here being closed.
Please reply with just the link to contact you for your customer. Do not support them here.
