Images disappearing from site

I use Hostinger to host. Created a brand new ecommerce site for the first time on wp using woocomerce. First time self hosting as well. Site is great other than a bit slow loading speed

A huge problem is disappearing images at random. I load a page and don’t see images where they’re supposed to be. Then I’ll reload and the disappeared image is back and a different one is missing

Cannot find a way to fix this. The images are of small size, I tried flushing cache from both wp and hostinger but didn’t help.

Anyone have any idea as to what’s happening?
