Hi, I'm new to web design and I have a question about uploading images to WordPress. When I upload an image to the media library and then insert it using the standard WordPress editor, the image appears small, but when I use Elementor and add the image to an image block, the result is perfect. I am using an image of 1200 x 800 pixels.
Why is this happening? I only use Elementor for this purpose and I would like to do it directly with the standard WordPress editor.
Depends on the block size. You can change the image size on elementor.
When you insert the image using the WordPress editor, make sure you select the size option, at full size. If you want it to be full size. WordPress always creates smaller images, in order to work better on mobile and things like that… and if you don’t pick it, then the theme does. And the theme choices may not be your own.
