Have you checked on an incognito window? All your images show fine for me and image URLs are your server, not Optimoles
Yes I have and at this page: https://genetargeting.com/fast-mice/ the first diagram image is showing up under an optimole url: https://mlhzazxp0o0j.i.optimole.com/w:1024/h:560/q:mauto/f:avif/https://genetargeting.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/FAST-Schematic.jpg
The URL that shows at the bottom of the screen when hovering does show that at present. If you right click and “Open image in new tab”. It shows the image is sourced from your WordPress folder however
Upon checking…. your href for the hyperlink of that image (presumably lightbox?) is optimole. Even though the image is sourced on your server.
Presumably you need to change that hyperlink to your own? for any images that are clickable
Okay, how do I do that? Would that involve me going manually through every single image on my site and changing the link somehow? I hope there is a bulk-function for this.
hmmm… I can’t be 100% if im totally honest. I would try to “regenerate thumbnails” to try and see if that resolves the issue. Would be my first call of action. Can download a small plugin for regenerating thumbnails. Let it finish then delete the plugin again and test your image links after its done.
Shouldnt take too long unless you have lots of images. For reference, mine took around 14 hours for 25,000 images
Hey @adavisgenetargeting,
Is the problem still ongoing on your website? I’ve reviewed the images, and their URLs appear to be original; there’s no mention of Optimole.
Please inform me if further assistance is required!
