I’m setting up WordPress through Hostinger. I’ll try to create the website by myself but if I get stuck will probably hire an ad hoc developer as it’s my first WP website. Should I pick “I’m building it myself” or “I’m hiring a developer”? What are the implications of this choice? Thanks

For that, you would have to ask Hostinger, as that is something they set up, it is not part regular WordPress install (or perhaps part of an installer they use).
I would say click the “skip” at the bottom.
