import csv with separator chr(9)/tab don’t work anymore ?

Hi, we used for years the import (with cron) feature successfully with chr(9) as separator, but I just went to the plugin setting page and saw errors (all lines) with the statement Row does not have the same columns than the header, we are going to ignore this row

Did something changed in the import format ?
I downloaded the sample file and see coma seems to be the chosen separator.

Note : one of the colums contains serialized data
Can you please advise ?
