Import from Yoast done, can i delete Databases?

Hi there,

i have used YOAST before and now i try on my Testüage Rank Math, i have imported all Details from Yoast, and my qquestion now is, can i delete the YOASt Databases withourt lost of Data?

I mean the Databases called like this:

wp_yoast_indexable or wp_yoast_seo_meta etc. there ar in total 6 Databases from Yoast in my installation and they are huge… Please let me know, thaks!
