WP All Import is a very useful plugin. There are some free plugins as well, most use a CSV file (export from Excel or Sheets)
You’ll need to ask whoever made the “Team” plugin/post type. It’s not a standard WordPress thing.
It’s probably setup as a custom post type – you should be able to use WP cli to do bulk creation.
