I’m doing a simple travel email form with source, destination, date and 2-3 other fields. The source & destination fields are airport names. I have a csv of around 2000 airport names.
Kindly let me know if Formidable forms can (with or without help from an add-on) import the values from the csv file and map them to the source & destination fields.
