I refuse to pay hundreds of dollars for a plugin license just so I can import one site’s posts and media to another one time, but I can’t find a cheap or free solution.
The built-in WP importer is too shitty to upload all the images when it imports the posts all at once, and if you do it by month, it doesn’t grab the media.
Duplicator has importing behind a paywall.
WP All Import is hundreds of dollars.
How are others working around this issue? It’s been a problem for so many years, and I’ve never found a good, affordable solution.
