Thanks for reaching out! Waymark does not lookup elevation data itself, but instead checks to see if elevation data is present in the file. I *believe* this is expected to be meters from sea level.

Can you confirm that the correct elevation data is already in the file? If so, it’s possible that it is in a format not expected as you say. Could you provide a sample of the problematic file in question?

Hi Joe,

The elevation data is already in the file and, after your help, i’ve checked it… you’re right! The elevation data in my file was setted in the “US way” instead of “EU way”… I can fix the problem on my own changing the elevation settings of the data.
