Currently, we do not have official compatibility support with the plugin you mentioned. This might be the reason you are experiencing issues with the cart not saving the configured selections and only showing the main product name.
We are always looking for opportunities to expand our plugin, and we will consider the feasibility of making our plugin compatible with the Product Configurator for WooCommerce in the future.
