Inconsistent site access

Hoping someone can help me out. Our WordPress site was running smoothly up until a month ago. Though now it’s working inconsistently for many.

Myself and others can access the site at the office though not at home.
Others can access the site at home, though not at work.
Some can access the site anywhere and others can’t.
Myself and others can access the site through mobile networks, others can’t.
Users can access the site and other users can’t.

Any ideas?
