Upon checking, I noticed that you have hundreds of posts on your Instagram account and this issue usually occurs when Spotlight tries to import all of those posts at once. To prevent the plugin from processing all these posts with every import or update, you can set a maximum number of posts to display on your website.
To do this, navigate to Instagram Feeds > Settings > Configuration. Under the Import section, set the “Max number of posts imported per account” to 50, and then click the Save button.
The limit is applied chronologically, always showing the latest X number of posts from your source.
