Unfortunately, you are right. Facebook/meta actually removed this kind of integration a few months ago, so it’s now impossible to send custom content (such as your score) as part of a shared post 🙁
Your best option is to just use the default social sharing methods which will share the post/page with the quiz, but not the final score
