Hello. I had an issue uploading an MP3 to my web server on Friday so called BlueHost tech support. (Bad idea) The agent let me know I was out of space. I don’t know what the heck she did but next thing you know my 3 sites were deleted, one of which was a WP site. I’ve called back several times but they’ve been no help. One tech was even rude and hung up on me. Im hoping that maybe since it was a holiday weekend that maybe the techs I got were just lousy. But they basically all said my server didn’t have backups turned on so they couldnt restore the damage that she did. I have WP backups of the site and database that occur nightly. They are sent to my Google Drive account. When I tried restoring the backup I got an error saying it was missing installation files. I have a job doing application development so I’m not completely clueless in regards to technical stuff. But I am no WordPress expert so I’m hoping for some advice. I have decades on blogs and files that are no longer available. Thanks in advance!!
