Hi everyone, we have an online store and have email notifications set up for order alerts. The emails come to us, but it's a shared mailbox and the server must only query new emails every so often. (Not sure of the frequency of the query) but we normally get a flurry of emails all at once through our email application, so these order alerts are delayed.
We used to use 'order alert' which was great, we would get a notification on our mobiles as soon as an order was placed. Unfortunately, this went out of support early this year.
We have jetpack and WooCommerce apps on mobile, but they don't send us instant order notifications, I have to go in to woo and refresh it for the order to show up, and it can be temperamental.
I recently configured 'WEmanage' which is essentially what I am after, but found out this can only be configured on one mobile device at a time.
Can anyone recommend a reliable one they use?
You need a plugin such a WP MAIL SMTP, even the premium version is like 50 bucks. You set it up and you will never miss another email again. You will also need to sign up for a service such as SMTP.com but if you do, WP MAIL SMTP will set it up all for you for like 45 dollars. Not bad at all.
