The Facebook link you shared with us obviously do not work as one would need to login for that.
Insufficent customer information
indicates Facebook would like you to add privacy sensitive information to the pixel and CAPI, such as email, addresses and payment information. As sending that data to Facebooks servers is legally complicated in most (European) countries we have chosen not to send that data to Facebook in order for our users not to run into potential legal issues. So unfortunately there is nothing we can do to solve this.
