Integrating Fluent Forms with Freshdesk for Support Tickets

[ad_1]

Hi everyone,

I have a WordPress website, and I've been handling customer support through email using Fluent Forms. Initially, I set up Fluent Forms to collect customer support requests via forms and send them directly to my email. I would then reply to these emails, but it got too messy to manage everything through my inbox.

To streamline the process, I recently switched to Freshdesk. I've configured Freshdesk to create a new ticket whenever someone sends an email to my support address, and this part works fine.

However, I'm stuck on integrating my existing Fluent Forms with Freshdesk. I currently have two support forms on my website created using Fluent Forms, and I need each form submission to create a new ticket in Freshdesk. I saw that Freshdesk provides a form widget, but there's not much documentation on how to set it up, especially for multiple forms.

What's the best way to achieve this integration? Should I stick with Fluent Forms and find a way to connect them to Freshdesk, or should I use Freshdesk's form widget instead? If anyone has experience with a similar setup or knows of a good way to handle this, your help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your guidance!

  1. Did you take a look at fluent support before using Freshdesk? I’ve just moved to it from Freshdesk.

Not as many features but it works perfectly what I need. It integrates with WordPress and other fluent plugins seamlessly.

  2. This really seems like something you should research before buying it. It’s niche enough that people here probably don’t have experience.
