Integrating R3F model viewer into WordPress Elementor Template

[ad_1]

Hello,

I’ve coded a model viewer with R3F, but I’m currently experiencing issues with compiling the code and integrating it into WordPress. I’ve been using Vite as a bundler and found a Vite configuration for it here: https://github.com/lilsugsy/React\_Three\_Fiber\_For\_Wordpress. However, I’ve had no luck so far, as it seems to not compile the assets I need properly for some reason.

I’ve considered uploading the app to Netlify or a similar platform and then embedding it as an iframe in the WordPress template (which I believe is the easiest way). But then, how would I be able to host a subdomain or a different page on the same hosting service to host the React app and then call it as an iframe?

If anyone has experience integrating R3F apps into WordPress, please let me know the most straightforward method, or feel free to DM me.

Thanks!
