Hello!I Just installed free version on my online store. But chat is not able to responde simple questions like delivery zones.Does this chat works for onlinestores? Is it able to handle simple questions like tracking info, delivery zones, shipping costs, etc??
Sounds interesting this plugin, but if it can answer the client about delivery zones, shipping costs, etc it would be useless for eCommerce.
Considering buying it but I need to know if it will work for what I need.
