i’m getting this error in google search console which is saying i’m using IRT currency code and is invalid , in iran due to low value of rial , toman is commonly used and all the websites prices are in toman currency code , but since this is not the official currency code of the country and google doesn’t support it , me and many others are having this error in google search console.
i have been searching google on how i can resolve this and i saw some people suggesting using IRR in woocommerce then using some sort of code in theme functions to display the prices in toman.
however regarding the conversion of IRR to IRT it is important to mention that IRT simply have one less 0 .
so if the method of using IRR in woocommerce and then displaying prices to IRT to users is to be used , it is important to send correct prices to payment gateway aswell.
i would appreciate if woocommerce team can have a look at this issue and fix it .
