Is Fixrunner legit? I broke my checkout on WordPress

This is my first time using WordPress. I don't know code, I am struggling and trying to do my best (so please be kind).

I tried implementing Affirm onto my website, and I can't get it to work properly. I reached out to Affirm for help, and they say "This kind of configuration is out of Affirm's scope and I don't really know off the top of my head how to properly configure your WordPress" aka…. figure it out yourself.

Does anyone know if Fixrunner is legit? Or is there another SOS WordPress service you would recommend? To help fix my checkout?
