I’m setting up a website to sell phones. Is it a good idea to copy content for iPhone and Samsung specs that is not copyright. Or am I better off getting the specs and changing the wording?
Also where is the best site to get iPhone images that are free to use? Tia.
Ummm, what?
Take the pics yourself of the products you are selling. Then you own the copyrights of those photographs.
Why would you post stock photos of something you’re selling? If I buy something based on your photo, I’m going to assume that’s what it looks like. If it then shows up with scratches and stuff, I’m going to get my money back. Use your own photos.
The specs are facts, and you can’t copyright facts. But you *can* copyright how they’re presented. So you could copy the specs from the website, but you can’t technically copy the formatting.
