Can you share a full screenshot of the PSI page so that we can see exactly what Google is complaining about?
Also, storing avif images locally will simply not serve the purpose of Optimole. The goal of optimole is to optimize your image on-the-fly in the cloud and serve these optimized future ready version of images from CDN for fastest possible load. You can never achive the speed of CDN by hosting files locally. Also it’s not possible to host these file locally at the moment.

We deleted your plugin since we posted this topic.
However, to assist you:
- In a nutshell, this is the Third-Party message we were getting (at random) when using your plugin and testing it with PSI. With your plugin deleted, we never get the noted PSI message. Our environment: Avada, SG Optimizer (JS combined and deferred), Perfmatters (no duplicated settings), and Cloudflare Free with APO.
- Yeah, we surmised that AVIF images cannot be served locally via your plugin nor is beneficial for performance.
