Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.
For numerical range filters like price, this is not possible, for sizes, you can do it if the sizes are attributes like 22, 23, 24, S, M, L, etc, and create a filter from them. But also not from a numerical range filter.
Why? It will generate millions of variations as these are numerical values and you can set any value there, so you will end up in the spam sites list or absolutely removed from the search suggestions by the search engines, and marked as potentially dangerous sites.
