I just noticed that at times, the scrollbar doesn’t load on my site on desktop browser (Chrome).
It seems to happen after following a link to the site. For example, a link from a social media website.
But then, if I go hover my mouse over the main/top navigation menu, the scrollbar appears.
I’m not a developer and was curious: If I hired a dev, would they be able to diagnose this issue? and could they likely do it without site access?
