Is it possible to do a csv post import that retains formatting?

I’m trying to import a test post to WordPress and found a plugin that let’s me map fields (such as title and author). However, I can figure out how to import Thales post content with formatting a line breaks (instead of a big block of text). Any solutions out there? Thanks!
