Is it possible to exclude an Element from caching on a page that is being cached ?

Let’s say I have a survey on my front page, The front page is all static and I would like to cache it.

However, the only part of the front page is a section where a Survey is embedded, I would like to exclude that section from being cached.

What is the best method to do so ? And is it possible ?
