Let’s assume the following scenario:

  • On a website, I have 100 forms created with CFF.
  • Each form has a “Email Copy to User” section, where at the end of the email sent to the user, I include my signature with name, address, and email.

If at some point I need to make a change to my signature, I would have to go into all 100 forms to make this modification.

To avoid this manual effort, I would like to be able to use a shortcode in both the “Email Copy to User” section and in all “Form processing / Email settings.” This shortcode would be created using a standard shortcode plugin. This way, whenever I need to make a change, I can modify only the content of the shortcode, and I won’t have to update all 100 forms individually.

How can I achieve this? Because the variant with inserting a shortcode generated by a specialized plugin does not work.
