A few months ago I had to cancel my plan because I couldn’t afford it. But now I’ve got some money and I’m trying to get my plan back but every time I go to buy my plan I get an error message. I checked my bank and I was charge and then immediately refunded and I can’t figure out what the heck is wrong. Has one else had this problem before?

First of all, do you mean domain or website here? Did you buy a custom domain or have a default one?
Also, which host? If you contact them they may be able to recover your account for you.
What exactly does this have to do with WordPress? WordPress is free software. It doesn’t have “plans”, nor can you buy domains through wordpress.org.
If you’re talking about wordpress.com, then that is a completely separate thing run by a company called Automattic. You should use their support and deal with them directly. Only dealing with their support can help you.
Are you asking about domain or hosting? IF it’s hosting, contact your host – the company you’re paying money to. This isn’t related to “WordPress”.
