A web agency has built a website for our company with Cornerstone / Theme Co’s. We have been having endless issues with this agency, so I’d like to know if they are misleading us here.
I am somewhat familiar with the backend of WordPress, but this backend is very different and seems so limited. It is also visually very different to WordPress. There’s no access to plugins and site backups for example, among other things.
This is a screenshot of the backend I have access to.
I have asked the agency for full access and logins for WordPress itself, but they claim we have full access.
Could you WordPress experts please confirm if I am right in thinking we have a limited-access version of WordPress via Cornerstone? Or is this normal? Also, is it possible to access this Cornerstone-built website via WordPress so we have full capabilities?
