I have a WordPress blog that I use primarily for uploading PDFs of digitized publications or documents.
In this specific case, I have nearly 300 PDFs which are a different issue of the same monthly publication, and I want a separate post for each titled with the volume and issue numbers. I use a plugin called 3D Flipbook that allows you to create shortcode that, when put in the page with Elementor, allows you read the PDF like it’s a book on the webpage itself instead of downloading it.
Now, I certainly could just painstakingly create each post manually, following the exact same process with only slightly different post titles and files for each, but I would think there has to be some plugin that will allow me to simplify this process. Ideally I could set it to where I just specify a few things: enter title for the post (which will also be the Facebook and Twitter title in Yoast SEO, for both the post and the 3D Flipbook), specify the PDF to be used for the flipbook, specify the JPEG for the thumbnail (for featured image, Yoast, and 3D Flipbook).
These are the only things that change: the title and the files used. Everything else is the same, and as you can see some of the stuff is redundant (e.g. I have to select the same thumbnail 6 times here: once for the post’s featured image, once each for the Yoast SEO Twitter and Facebook sections, once for the 3D Flipbook thumbnail, and once each again. Yoast SEO Facebook and Twitter on the Flipbook itself).
I am very new to WordPress, so if this has an answer that is obvious to most here, please forgive me, but most automation help stuff I have found by searching seems more focused on website interactions with users and social media sites (notifications, email newsletters, social media posts, etc.), not with something like automating a workflow to upload 300 posts of the same format but with slightly different titles and content.
