Is there a way to create a dynamic link on the post edit page to another post?

We have a huge page with a bunch of technical products. Each listing has 2 fields that are for a Tablepress shortcode. What I’d like to do, is have it so if you want to ever edit the table, instead of having to physically go to Tablepress and hunt for the post number, you can simply click a link right on the edit page that will take you to that table. It would be a HUGE time saver.
