Is there a way to fix lcp issue longer than 2.5s (mobile) without plugins?

I’m way too broke for the premium plan right now.

I remember years ago I went in and just manually downloaded every single picture, resized them and then reuploaded them. I reeeeeeally don’t want to have to do that again.
