Is there a way to make a multiple choice order sheet?
I want to make an order sheet for customers that will let them choose items with a checkbox or radio button, and then let them send the completed form to me.
I don't want it to go to a shopping cart. Just send their choices to one of my emails.
WPForms can do this for you. You can also create a conditional logic form which is my favorite thing. And then use SMTP for email delivery. No need of an ecommerce solution.
