That’s not native to WordPress, so I’m guessing it’s from whatever page builder you’re using/theme. I’d suggest looking at the documentation for your theme or page builder.
Is this just when you’re logged in to the admin? Seems like it won’t show in the front end for normal visitors.
Can’t you just grab it and pull it down to the footer, is it in a footer template? what is your plugin you are using what is the stack?
