Is there a widget to show birthdays and anniversaries?

I’d like to have a widget that simply displays birthdays and anniversaries based on today’s date. Ideally, it would have a settings page where I could enter the date (e.g., July 16 of every year) and a text string to be displayed when it matches today’s date.

Does anyone know if this exists, or if you can think of creative no-code solutions? Thank you.
