Hello everyone, I’d like to create a very specific form, who would end an e-mail after submitting. The form would be composed of the followed elements :
\- 3 checkbox, the user could only select one of them, and the category selected with the checkbox would be the title of the mail
\- a textbox, and its contents would be the body of the mail
\- a PDF to attach
Each of these sections must be filled in (including the PDF), otherwise the form would not be sent.
