As title suggests, i am trying to find mentioned plugin. I need it to display on certain pages (since site is multi lang) of my choice. I need to make sticky bar with custom form inside, i tried multiple solutions that i already used, but had no luck with them. If someone has recommendation for sticky bar that can accept full custom html (most of them “eat” half of my html and “simplify”) and can actually work with give routes that would be amazing. A lot of these plugins are having troubles with reading language extensions as pages on home page. For example, english is [www.domain.com]) and german is [www.domain.com/de]). So clearly, i need plugin that will show one version on english version and different in german, i don’t care how they do that, i just need them to do. Thanks!

I think you need to define your terms better. What is a “sticky bar”?
You may need to custom code this. In a child theme template, likely header.php, you can insert your own HTML for the sticky bar. You could then also detect what language being served, or use a IF statement to show the corresponding content.
You need original/custom code to do this. I suggest either learning to code or paying a developer to do this for you
