These days I’m often creating custom post types and custom fields, there I always need to edit the PHP files. I had no prior knowledge of PHP, so I was really scared.
Also, when developing WooCommerce sites, I found there are always errors in the backend, so I suppose PHP knowledge is very necessary for troubleshooting.
Is there any training program on basic PHP for WordPress? I know PHP is very broad, and I don’t intend to develop any WordPress theme or module, these are too far away from my current status.
Is there any specific PHP for entry-level WordPress developer who mainly builds small business sites?
