is there any way to change the position of the adverts inserted between p and li

Firstly, thank you so much for developing such a useful plugin.

The plugin works perfectly, and I have a question about usage of plugin.

I use the below html structure a lot in my posts and sometimes the adverts are inserted between the p and li tags.

<p><strong>Hi</strong></p>
<li>
<ul>1</ul>
<ul>2</ul>
</li>

For example, if a p tag is followed by a li tag, is there any way to set the adverts to appear before the p tag or after the li tag?
