Is there Pagelayer documentation (for the free version?)

Hi there, after many years I am returning to WordPress and my host is forcing me to use Pagelayer. I am trying to use it and I am finding even the simplest things non intuitive. Such as: for the life of me I cannot figure out how to undo an edit.

Is there decent documentation for Pagelayer? I am tearing my hair out.
