Is this possible? “Replace” a single page on a customers website?

Hey.

Two questions I can’t quite google my way through.

\- Is it possible for me to “replace” a single page on one of my customers wordpress website with a page made with another theme? So basically, the rest of the website will still run the current theme and then I will replace a single page with a design made with another theme?

\- Is it possible to do the same with a client NOT running a wordpress site? Lets say, replacing a page on a website made with Umbraco with a page made with wordpress?
