Is using elementor pro gpl in demo site ethical?

Hi, I know that some companies are using the GPL license and providing their approval version of plugging in the gpl with limited access. I have found elementary pro GPL in gpl.com, I am trying to use that in my demo site obviously the demo site is just for showing about services like how the website will look like to our clients and in our clients side we will obviously use the pro version and the paid version of elementor not gpl. My question, is it ethical to use that elementary pro GPL version in our demo site?
